Dark Navy Blue

FDA batch certified premium grade commercial dye. Deep gorgeous blue on frosting and bath bombs. Deep luxurious blue water... like the deep blue sea where mermaids and sea creatures lurk. 

This colour is darkest when bloomed when making bath bombs. 

To bloom add a small amount of hot water to 1/4 tsp or desired amount of dye, mix and let cool then add to baking soda.
